I am just getting the public CU KB4469342 which seems to take 1809 up to .168.

If the public has finally caught up with the Insiders, maybe they will stop the Insider releases and go back to normal distributions.

Just FYI, Win10 1809/v17763.168 is installed and working flawlessly so far on my desktop at home. I have not been that fortunate with my laptop and the rest of the computers at work with McAfee Enterprise VirusScan installed on them. I'm still waiting for McAfee to release a new patch to make this newest version of Win10 compatible with their Enterprise VirusScan.

I am holding my breathe!!
I have just opened the updates, and I am wondering why this is coming down:

2018-11 Preview of Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64 (KB4469041)

Well. That went well. No apparent misfortunes.
Now ***42 is coming down.
P.S. Seems to be two threads on this subject??

All in order. Now I can figure out how I am supposed to use a Net framework preview.

I got the .Net update also and a couple of fixes seem to mention networking. Hopefully, it will help with so many folks not being able to maintain their network connections.

In one case it was stated the machines with the problem of disconnects were fine on a workgroup but when connected to a Domain, they always dropped the connection after a short time.

Finally got a chance to fire up my Insider machine that is still on the Release Preview Ring today and received this update.
It's the third time that I've had the same update installed each updating my build number finally going from .167 to .168 today
which mean the last of the old insider preview machine and the current public machines are on the same build number.
If the public has finally caught up with the Insiders, maybe they will stop the Insider releases and go back to normal distributions.
We'll see. I'm not expecting this Ring to graduate to the 19H1 series builds until after their bug bash finishes at the earliest.
In the mean time the Release Preview Ring machines will probably still be used to preview cumulative updates like the one you all just got.

Whew!...had me a tad concerned as it seemed to freeze on the old black screen forever with apparently nothing happening via the HD light, but then all was well.
I count my blessings everytime an update works.
Thanks Trouble!

I know what you mean.
AND some people still wonder why, Microsoft gave this thing away for free.
My response.....
You get what you pay for.

OKAY, you have aroused my curiosity -- again.

What did Microsoft give away and to whom?

This is where I am at right now:

Dec 11 'Windows Update' from 1803 to 1809 b17763.194 went perfectly on my 2012 Dell desktop. I like free Windows 10.
