SOLVED New .Net update available 9/26/2019 for 1903

Strange a .Net CU is available for 1903, KB4522738. I don't yet see anything else available.

I got it and evidently it was issued for both 1903 and 1909 (release preview), regarding some components....

Base Class Library (BCL)
Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
Common Language Runtime (CLR)

Got it on 3 Desktops and 2 Notebooks so far without issue, Build 18362.387.

It seems they released the update to the insiders on Wed. and the public on Thur.. Strange but maybe they just wanted to test the install. It has not yet been released to 19H2 unless I misunderstand.

Maybe KB4515871 and KB4520390 are components where they are turning on specific features. These only show in the Uninstall updates section.

All in all, quite a bit of activity for a non-update day.
