Networking problem

Recently upgraded from 1607 to 1703. Lost my internet connection. all adapters seem to work. Both wifi and iethernet, but cannot get online

  • Right-click on Start and select Device Manager
  • Expand your Network adapters
    • Confirm there are no yellow warnings next to listed items
    • Uninstall the network adapter drivers
    • Close all open programs and Device Manager
    • Restart computer and allow Windows to redect your network
  • After restarting, if the problem persists:
    • Click Start > Settings > Updates & security
    • Click View update history
    • Check whether you have received driver upates recently. If you have, it may help to roll them back.
