network adapter limited access no ipv4 or ipv6

Hi updated a Asus K30AD from 8.1 to 10 but now the eithernet connection will not connect, it shows as working properly but it fails to get a ip address and shows as a unidentified network under details it shows failed to get ipv4 and ipv6, tried uninstalling network adapter then installing drivers from Asus both normally and under 8.1 compatability mode even tried cmd ipconfig release and renew, so any help would be greatly welcomed as having to use wireless at moment prefer wired due to wifi tend to go down a lot

Dear All,

I am also facing the same problem. Network symbol is red cross mark and when i checked from supportassist, it says driver is missing for network adapter and popus to connect to internet to download. As i can't connect to internet i can't download also. Please assist
