netflix,hulu,facebook video audio out of sync except with edge

This seems to have only become a problem within the last couple of months.
Netflix, Hulu, Facebook (more?) videos start out ok but slowly become out of sync with the sound.
This is true for Firefox and Chrome. Edge however doesn't have the problem.

I've tried all the potential fixes from various forums but nothing helps.

Any ideas?

I have no solution but indeed this was true on W10 version 10240 on some download streams. Firefox was particularly bad. I encountered it on the live news stream from a local TV station, but never on Youtube videos ( Don't use Netflix)

I could only assume Edge has some codecs which work better. I seem to remember Netflix using Silverlight to stream to PCs.

I would check but I only watch Netflix on my TVs. One thing you might do is check the download speeds while watching and see if it varies during the times of the sync problems.

Even on my TVs, if I watch a show near the end it may get out of sync. I have to back it up a short amount and let it go again.
