Need help finding driver for PCI Simple Communication Controller

I’m having trouble finding the driver for the PCI Simple Communication Controller. I’ve already tried downloading the one from Intel and using Windows Update, but I’m still having issues. I have a screenshot of the problem.

Can someone help me figure this out?
