SOLVED My Skype program is a mess after loading Windows 10.

Since loading Windows 10, my Skype program does not work.
As I call up another Skype address, the screen goes blue and I get the message "Your P.C. ran into a problem and needs to restart
We're just collecting some error info and we will restart for you.

If you want to know more, you can search on line for the failure
KURMEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE.
The computer closes down and restarts.
I contacted Skype today but they said this particular problem - the Microsoft Blue Screen - was one for Big Daddy !!

Is this the Skype app or the actual Skype software? If its the software, uninstall and reinstall it.
