My SD card is not recognized and I can't open it

It freezes the entire computer. When I insert the SD card into my laptop, it shows as SDXC, but trying to access it puts the computer into a loop and it freezes. I tried to format the SD card, but the drive gets stuck. Even using Disk Management didn't help; everything gets stuck in a loop. I've tried all the options I found online, but nothing works. How can I format the SD card?
