My pc sometimes gets stuck doing shut down

My pc gets stuck/freezes doing shut down and it is from January 2017, so its not even that old :(

And it has a 1070 graphic card

I hope you guys can help me and btw it is not all the time, but only sometimes it gets stuck, and then I have to hold down the power button to close it and I know that is not good for my pc, so i have only done that 5 times or so
