my PC is stuck in autorepair mode and unable to open properly.

It's just stuck in this loop of trying to repair itself. When it does manage to open, it presents me with the option to choose an account, but after selecting my account and entering my password, it fails to proceed. I'm unsure how to resolve this issue.
