MY pc is not resetting

So im trying to reset my pc but whenever i go to the reset page and click get started the loading wheel appears for half a second and nothing happens plz help i need to reset my pc ASAP

Try repairing with these command in an Admin Command prompt.
type cmd, right click cmd.exe, select run as an administrator, copy and paste these commands one at a time This could fix you at least enough to run a reset.
If not use MCT to create a windows install media USB. Run the reset from this USB you create.
SFC /scannow
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
chkdsk /r
