My hard drive is Locked without a BitLocker Key

My computer's motherboard fried and I'm trying to recover years of important family pictures from my hard drive. The technician said I need my BitLocker key. I signed into my Microsoft account, where my device is listed, but there's no BitLocker key available for it. The website is completely unhelpful, and I can't find any way to contact support by phone, chat, or email.
I need to know why my BitLocker key isn't available or if it's associated with a different email address. I need to find out which email address so I can retrieve this information. Please, I need your help.
