My computer thinks it’s in another location

My PC has randomly started to display in apps such as maps, that it's located in a completely different part of the world, which alters my time zone. I have no clue how to resolve this issue or why it occurred! Even setting my default location to my home hasn't fixed it. Any suggestions on how to address this?

Question, is a VPN/Virtual Private Network in use? Is your ISP/Internet Service Provider in your area or nearby?

When I read this, I immediately thought about VPN as well. Usually an ISP has local nodes, so that may or may not play a role here.

Hello! No, i'm not using a VPN or any other similar program that spoofs my location/IP address and the ISP is in my area. I really don't know what else to do.
