My computer has some filter on it i didnt put there after an unintall help pls lol

After uninstalling gog launcher my [Reddit post for pictures ]computer has a green/grey/black color scheme to it and I've tried all the commands like (Win+Cntrl+C) and checking the theme settings and making sure it isnt in grey scale mode idk what it could be at this point.
