Musescore 2

I have been using the Musescore 2 latest version on Windows 10 for a while with no problem.
All of a sudden it will not now run. I have tried everything I can find on the internet for solutions but it still will not run.
I have just downloaded it to my wife's laptop (Win 10) and it works perfectly. My internet protection software is Bit-defender and I have checked the Trusted Applications and the musescore.exe file is there.
I have tried the windows compatibility fixes but no success.
Can anybody help please.

Problem was Bitdefender.
deleted all of musescore and did registry clean.
Turned off Bitdefender Firewall and used windows firewall.
Intstalled MuseScore as admin.
Worked fine.
Turned on BD Firewall and set Rules added musescore.exe - allow, and also Trusted applications added musescore.exe to the trusted applications.
Working at the moment but don't know how long for.

Unfortunately no
I had to do a reboot and after it had booted up I tried MuseScore with the Bitdefender firewall back on and it wouldn't run, even with the program in trusted apps and firewall rules.
The only way I can get it to run is by disabling the BD firewall and enabling the windows firewall then it will work.
Just going to raise a ticket with Bitdefender.
