SOLVED Multiple User Account in Windows 10 Home

Dear All,

I purchased a new Laptop yesterday with Preinstalled Windows 10 Home. Now my problem is, I cannot create another user. my query is, "doesn't Windows 10 Home allows multiple user account?". my requirement is 1 Administrator Account and 1 Normal user account. Please guide / help me.

At setup a User is created with Administrative rights [always need at least one]. Going to Settings, Accounts, Family & other users, should allow that Admin/User to create other accounts, either using a Microsoft account or as a Local account.
