MS flight simulator with win10.

As most of us know MS flight sim is unusable on Win10. Having read most of the pros & cons on this subject, I dropped by a gaming store today and asked about the problem. He replied all I have to do is upgrade the Win 10 drivers and it should work OK. Not having heard this one before, I thought I would throw it in the middle and see if anyone has any comments. Any feedback would be welcome.

I don't know anyone who's been able to make Flight Simulator work in Windows 10. I don't know what drivers he means. Most hardcore gamers keep their drivers up to date.
