Moving livemail contacts to outlook 2010 running win10

Anyway to move the contacts and all the saved messages? If so make it easy since I'm a rookie at doing things like this and need to keep the wife and her computer HAPPY!

That's going to happen more and more now that the only supported Versions of Windows for consumers are 10 and 8.1. Windows Live Essentials has also been unsupported for awhile now.
