Moving Favorites

I use W10 Home and would like to know how to move Fav icons for both Edge and IE11. On the Fav's bar you can move icons from right to left etc. At the end of the favs bar there is a v and if you click it more fav icons appear. How can I switch icons to or from the favs bar. Thanks

I don't think you can because the ones in the ^ area are running services and the ones on the left are simple shortcuts.
The other thing you could do is create a quick launch bar like Win Vista had.
