"Movie Maker" hasn't been native to Windows for a while now but, has been included as part of Windows Essentials. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/get-movie-maker-download
I expect it will likely continue as such but you never know, as Microsoft seems to be making quite a few changes.
OMG! I certainly hope it is in W10, my Utube fans would be upset, but then I'd find something Free to download and use for my digital photo's and slideshows or movies.
I have Movie Maker that installed with Windows Essentials. Looks just like the other versions of Movie Maker although I haven't used this one. Windows Essentials is free from Microsoft downloads.
