I'm using Windows 10 and recently moved several files from my C:\ drive to my D:\ drive to create more space. Now, I'm having trouble finding them in the Start menu. If I navigate through File Explorer to the D:\ drive, locate the program folder, and run the executable, the programs work fine, but this is inconvenient. I can't search for these programs in the Start menu anymore.
For example, I used to open Genshin Impact by searching for it in the Start menu, but now it doesn't appear there at all. Is there a way to fix this without deleting and re-downloading the files?
