Move to windows 10

morning,
i would like to move from windows 8.1 single language to windows 10, how can i do is safe?

There is always a chance something can go wrong with an upgrade. If possible, I would advise protecting yourself with an image backup of your current system. If something goes wrong and the install rolls back, you will always have the ability to re-image the install and start over.

During testing of MS MediaCreationTool updates (every test was 100% complete) and never failed to update properly or if issues were found the Auto Rollback never failed... but it is always nice to have a full image restore option.

 

[Trouble]

Especially with a "single language version" they can be a bit tricky and matching them is critical.
I'd definitely do a comprehensive disk image
AND
I might even opt for the "Update Now" button rather than the Media Creation / Download Tool Now button, but that's just me.
