SOLVED Mouse right click to get copy/paste menu often takes many tries

I have found that since we have converted to Windows 10 that it often takes multiple right clicks to bring up the copy/cut/paste/etc menu. I am pretty sure this is a Windows 10 issue since we have 3 computers in the home and all three have the same problem. We use a wireless mouse on all three computers. It can be frustrating at times. Does anyone have an answer as to why this is happening?

Open the control panel, select "Mouse" under the first tab "Buttons" change the "Double click speed. Mid position would be a good starting point.

Replace the mouse batteries. I have MS and Logitech wireless mice and when the batteries start to get old they are not always 100% reliable.
