Monitor will not wake up after going to sleep. Win 10 Version 1809

Trying to wake up computer after it goes to sleep, the computer itself will restart but the monitor stays dark. It takes a reboot using the ON/OFF button to remedy the situation. This all started the day of Version 1809 rollout. I am thinking there is a bug in the new 1809 which is responsible for this. Ideas anybody, as I have run out of things to change.

The easiest fix might be to roll back to the previous version.
