Monitor Not Connecting After Windows OS Reinstallation on New SSD

I tried to reinstall Windows on a new SSD and successfully installed Windows 10 from a USB. However, I realized I accidentally installed the Home edition instead of Professional, which my previous SSD had (and couldn’t authenticate). After changing the boot order in BIOS to prioritize the USB again, my computer stopped connecting to the monitor. I waited a few minutes and tried restarting the PC, but it still won't connect to the monitor at all.
