I have a program installed on my C: drive that includes a 1G data folder. The software does not have a location option for the data folder.
I used mklink to move the data folder to my D: drive.
I was hoping to get some clarification on the result, which doesn't make sense to me.
The C: drive Properties before and after the mklink procedure only shows a saving of about 5Mb on my C: drive.
My question is if I do a clone of my C: drive after the procedure, will the clone size be 1G less or only 5Mb less than before using mklink?
