Missing Power Options

Hello, recently updated to windows 10 TH2, anyway, just wanted to know if anyone else is missing the option to restore default power plan settings, cause mine doesn't have it, so I wanna know if it was removed in Th2 update cause it was there in the previous version of Windows 10

This is irritating, at first I thought it may have been an installation bug, so I reinstalled, this time a clean install, and still no restore to default option, and in the window that has it, it's always greyed out. no matter if I change a setting

Is it possible that the plan settings are currently at defaults and thus......
no "Restore" is needed nor available.
Just a guess.
