Missing icons in Windows Settings

Hello,

i recently tried to connect a bluetooth item and i couldn't get onto anything in the system... i open up windows system and this is what i find: (see attached image)

how do i solve this? how do i get the rest of the items back?

when i put bluetooth in the sistem search it just takes me back to the "home page"...

please help

You may be trying to go through the wrong (Windows 10) path
Click the start icon and then the cogwheel on the left.
In the next window click "Devices" and make sure the Bluetooth connection is marked "ON"

this hasnt worked...
i am missing the devices section and also the privacy settings as far as I can see but still don't know how to get them back...
thanks anyway :)
