Miracast not working

after every upgrade build the Miracast connection to my LG and Samsung tvs does not connect.
I have updated the wifi driver, graphics driver and still cannot connect. It did work with Win8.
Right after the upgrade it attempted & would connect then disconnect saying duplicate, this was before the screen mirroring started.
After updating the drivers it doesn't even find either tv in the Connect scan. The Add Device feature will add both tvs but still they cannot be found in the Connect scan.

I encounter the same problem after upgrading to Windows 10.
However I still can find my TV and connect to it but it's black screen on TV and after few seconds, they disconnect automatically.
I updated display adaptor and Network driver to the latest version. My wireless is Centrino N2330 and CPU is 3317U.
In previous Windows 8.1, everything worked fine.

I encounter the same problem after upgrading from windows 8 to windows 10.
It says "Your PC or mobile device doesn't support miracast, so it cannot project wirelessly"
