Microsoft Jigsaw

Since last week I have been unable to use this game. It opens to the page, I choose challenges it opens to that page. I click on one ( any will do) then the screen reverts to desktop. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. I have no problems with the Solitaire collection or MUWG. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. Naomi

Hello and welcome to the forum.
While I'm not familiar with that particular App, perhaps trying this might help if applicable.
Click the Start Button -> Click the Setting Cog -> Click "Apps"
Scroll through the list and find it and then click it and see if you have an "Advanced options" link available, IF so, click it and from the resultant page, click the "Reset" button and see if that works.
