Windows 10 Pro - Microsoft Account - OS and Edge Updated to latest -

Have tried blocking extensions from
Method 1: Disable Extensions in Microsoft Edge Using GPO
Method 2: Disable Extensions in Microsoft Edge Using Registry Editor

But settings are NEVER effective and user is able to download, install and access extensions from browser.

Can you someone guide me, please
