Microsoft Apps Crashing immediately after opening

Recently, when trying to open a photo through the Photos app, it closes within less than a second without showing an error code. This same issue occurs with the following Microsoft apps:
Movies and TV
Photos
Microsoft Store
Media Player
Only Microsoft apps seem to be affected. After a recent restart, my PC indicated that the hard drive was corrupted and was being repaired. I've tried everything, from repairing/resetting the apps to running chkdsk and sfc scans, but nothing has worked. Do you have any solutions for this issue?

Right-click the drive letter in File Explorer, click Properties, click Tools, click Error checking. If offered to do the checking offline, do so and it will do a full check when you choose to Restart.
