Making phone/txt calls from Win10

I have my iPhone connected but cant figure how to make and receive phone calls. The app is installed on phone and win10 settings show it's connected. I haven't found the win10 dialer app? Please educate me?

hi all i use to be able to make and receive calls on my laptop with my windows phone but now switch to Iphone regrettably and it will not allow it can not even see my texts from iphone on my laptop
