Making a Windows2go disk

Has anyone succeeded in making a Windows2go disk from an off the shelf USB stick? I've tried 3 now and they all suffer from the same inability to "flip the bit"

Use the freeware ISO2Disc and you can make a windows to go drive from windows 10 or 8 iso file. I suggest you use a USB 3.0 drive for good performance.
