Lost user

I thought I'd upgraded to 10 without a problem. Now I have lost a user, my main one. help

 

[Trouble]

Right click the start button and choose Command prompt (Admin) and in the command prompt window type
net user
hit enter
do you see the account listed?
Check C:\Users
And or
C:\Windows.OLD\users
Do you see the missing profile folder in either of those two locations?
