After a well known computer company did some work on my computer, I lost all of my Outlook contacts. Microsoft no longer has voice text support I thought I'd try for help here. The computer company who doesn't work on Office tried to fix this issue but no go. Can anyone please help me? Please email any help that you may have to (e-mail address removed). To clarify, is it Outlook or Outlook.com? They are different and easily mixed one for the other. Outlook [part of Microsoft Office] is the installed E-Mail Client while Outlook.com is the Web/Online E-Mail accessed by the browser.
Have you done a Search of the drive for the *.pst or *.ost file that is associated with Outlook? Have you looked in C:\User\YOURUSERNAME\Contacts if by chance they are there?
Lastly, never post an active E-Mail address on open forums, could get all the inherent dangers thrown at you.
