Lost all my auto login features

All was working ok yesterday, but today I now must re-login to all my FB, YouTube, other forums I visit, etc. Same issue with edge, explorer, Firefox. Another issue I normally right click and open in new window on FB so original postings remain. That now requires login when new window opens up.

That can happen when doing cleanups of a computer such as deleting Temporary Internet Files, History, etc. It's a procedure set up in the familiar Control Panel, Internet Options or Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options. Also possible in various programs that protect the computer. Can also happen when Upgrading the Version of Windows such as from Version 1803 to Version 1809 when generally rewrites the Registry.

I did no changes, but now today everything is back to normal. Also running 1803 as of this posting.
