I had to sign in to my computer's Microsoft account to set a new PIN, but I couldn't remember the password. After several tries, the account got blocked, and now I can't access my computer. I tried answering security questions to prove my identity, but I didn't have enough information, and my request was denied. I don't have access to the old account anymore and I desperately need to log into my computer. Is there any way to switch to a new account? What can I do?
