Links blocked

Help! Suddenly, without me making changes, all links from sites and emails have been disabled. I received a mini-window that tells me to disable the pop-up control, but nothing has seemed to help. I want to be able to use links. What do I do?

Hold down the Windows key and press R, type winver then press Enter. Post the whole line that mentions Version.
