Lenovo laptop

I have the old Xfinity router it connects to my LENOVO laptop but when I turn it off and try the new service router it won't connect all other devices connect ok except my Lenovo laptop?

Question: Why do you still have the old router connected? You can only use one due to the physical setup.

True that but that's now what the OP is doing with it. From what I can gather the OP is using both for internet service. That's the reason I asked why both.
