Lenovo crash after loading windows 10

Can access my account, very slowly. Cannot run anything, even task manager shows (not responding) Tried F8 on start, does not work; goes to account log on.

From the account log on screen, use the power button there and hold the Shift key while clicking Restart.
Use the advanced menu screens to get to the advance startup option and choose option 4 to boot into safe mode, if that is your goal.
