Keyboard stopped working after recent Windows 10 updates

Hi
After the last updates the keyboard stopped working.I used the onscreen keyboard. It took me two days to get the sign in screen.The trouble shooter suggested <reinstall windows> So I did. But still having problem with the sign in window. some time it takes an hour or more to pop up. Any Idea

I wonder if you were suffering from the bug mentioned in this patch:

If your keyboard stopped working after that update, it would fit the pattern. Can you try logging in via the on-screen-keyboard and manually check for updates by going to Settings > Update and Security > Check for updates. It'll be a slow process to use the mouse and OSK, unfortunately.

If that doesn't show anything, see if you can manually install the patch from here:

You'll need to select the 32 or 64 bit version, depending on your version of Windows (if you're not sure, let us know and we can help).
