SOLVED Keyboard not resorting to default

Having a problem with the keyboard, I chose English(Australian) US Keyboard, but it keeps resorting to the US style of " instead of @, then I have to change it again.

Any ideas please.

Rhea You might want to check your regional settings.
Go to Settings > Time & Language > Region & Language is set for Australian.

Yes Norton, I just checked and it is set for Australia. Also looked to see what the icon is saying now and it has once again changed to English (Australia) United Kingdom Keyboard.

Hi Rhea,

check on the other English language packs you have installed, you will most likely find that you have another KB set as default, remove the other KB layouts you find!. Make sure you don't click on Australian English though!.
