KB503441 - Cannot Install for the Last 7 Months

I've been struggling with installing the KB503441 update for the past seven months. Despite numerous attempts and exploring various forums, this update either fails to download or fails during installation.

I’m frustrated with Microsoft for not addressing this issue and believe that partition adjustments shouldn’t be the solution. This ongoing problem is causing significant disruptions to my computer.

Please help me resolve this issue.
