Joysticks randomly pressing itself

I have connected my ps2 joystick to my PC using the blue dual USB converter, my drivers and everything is up to date. But it keeps pressing itself whenever I connect it to my PC.
But is works perfectly when I connect it to a different PC.
I have run a new installa

Yes and is still not working

I think the problem is , my HID drivers are conflicting
