You can see the reference to both PTE (Page Table Entry) and PageFault, so......
I was going to recommend that you check your system drive for errors and then follow up with checking your System Memory with memtest86+
Looks like you've got things under control.
Check and confirm that your memory modules are properly seated.
Check them in alternate slots on the board
Test them one at a time.
