Nothing looks to scary to me.
BugCheck A, {fffff680bd1a5d38, 2, 0, fffff8027e6b0182}
Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiAgeWorkingSet+302 )
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.

Basically a common run of the mill pagefault, which can be caused by a number of possible sources.
Typically drivers but I don't see anything called out specifically.
I would probably start with Avast and uninstall it using the Programs and features applet in the Control Panel and follow that up with the vendor specific proprietary removal tool from here
https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility
After you clean that up, see if you can make it Blue Screen.
IF the problem persists then I would suggest getting to ASRock and seeing what the have in the way of a BIOS update for that board. Looks like there might be a few newer than the version you are currently running.
