internal server error windows 10

when I want to become familiar with windows 10, I received two separate emails from Microsoft re Windows 10 but many pop ups I cannot open because it says that there is an internal server error. I have no clue what to do...

First, I suppose you should be very careful and make absolutely sure that the email you received is actually from Microsoft and not a scammer.
IF they are or were legitimate emails, they may have been directing you to one of their help or getting started pages. Something like this

IF you click on that link, does it open properly?

Yes, it does open normally. I am talking to the Windows mail: Welcome to Windows 10. The texts I can read but the associated apps are invisible. And when I click on the 'white' small subpage next to the texts, then I get this message that there is an internal server error....
