InstallSheild(R) Setup Engine has stopped working

Hi there,
I'm trying to download Microtek Scanmaker 9800XL Plus driver into my Surface windows 10 64 bit from the Microtek web site, after unzipped installation going to start and just after selecting language this massage appear twice and installation stopped and it quit and exit from the installation .
Is any body know how to fix this issue

Hi Irfan,

does your Surface Notebook have Windows 10 S on it?, if it does it will block the install of any apps that aren't in the Windows Store!.
