SOLVED Inquiry about the registry (cleaning)

i was optimizing with iobit advancedcare ultamite program and paused to whether or not to also include the registry in cleaning maybe once a month or leave it alone altogether? ive already been doing parts of registry using wisecare 365 pro

If you have a system image backup using third party software then feel free to try the registry cleaner of iOBit.
My thoughts are that they can clean essential Windows files from the registry which prevent Windows from working or even booting.

Reading from that link ive adjusted both programs to not include any part of registry. Thx guys
